How should I store my tea?

Store tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. Keep tea in an airtight container to preserve freshness and flavor. Properly stored tea can maintain its quality for 6-12 months, though some varieties may last longer.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@azaleatea.com if you need to make changes to your order.

How do I brew the perfect cup of tea?

Brewing instructions vary by tea type. Generally, use fresh filtered water, the correct temperature for your tea variety, and steep for the recommended time. Each of our teas includes specific brewing guidelines on the packaging.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Opened tea packages cannot be returned unless defective. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for complete details.
