Most orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse. Selected items may occasionally be dispatched from limited regional stock when available.

Regional dispatch, if available: 1–5 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For overseas shipments, import duties, taxes, or courier clearance fees may be charged by local customs or the courier company. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking

Food Product Returns
For hygiene and food safety reasons, tea and food products cannot be returned once opened or used.
