Returns
In accordance with UK consumer law, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned:
• Opened tea products or items where the original seal has been broken
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.
How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send items back to our registered office address. Our team will provide you with the correct return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
